As part of our continuing development, we are pleased to announce our new integration with DocuSign.
With this new functionality you are now able to save precious time by having everything in one place, simplifying and streamlining client interactions.
This new feature provides you with the ability to include the smart features of DocuSign in messages to your clients within the Client Portal. This includes the following:
- DocuSign Templates – Ability to select and pre-fill messages with your DocuSign Templates, which already have the message fields completed, saving you time.
- Document Types – Drag and drop a range of different documents and document types to be included within one envelope.
- Two Signatories – Ability to select whether you need the client or both the client and their partner to sign documents, as well as supporting the order in which the clients should sign.
- Correction – If you have sent a document and made a mistake, through FinCalc it is easy to make a correction to the document or remove the signature requirement.
Once signed, the envelope is converted into a pdf document and saved to the Client Portal Documents creating a full audit trail.
