CRM Lite – Now Available

We are pleased to announce CRM Lite is now available!

CRM Lite is designed for those adviser firms who do not have a back office or CRM (Client Relationship Management) system in place.

It allows you to keep an ‘electronic’ file with information about your client within FinCalc, stored securely in the cloud.

This feature also includes:

  • Activity timeline – You can add all interactions with your clients to their record, including telephone notes, emails, and meeting notes. Stored directly against their FinCalc record for a full audit trail which is easy to review at any time.
  • Set reminders – Ability to set reminders not only from any activity but also directly on the client, whether that is to chase a product provider on their behalf or schedule a follow up meeting with your client.
  • Client admin notifications – Receive notifications on your FinCalc dashboard for any due or overdue reminders for yourself, your team or for all clients in the company.
  • Store documents – Add documents within the activities to store documents against the client, as well as creating folders to make finding and retrieving past documents easy.
  • Client Tiers and company specific references – Ability to add your own client references as well as a range of client tiers to assign to clients for a quick and easy search reference or to keep track of client types.
  • Next Review Date – Ability to include the planned next review date against each client. Within the FinCalc dashboard, you can see any reviews overdue or becoming due.
  • View all Reminders and Review Dates- FinCalc includes a view for all upcoming and overdue reminders or annual reviews across your clients, team clients or company clients. Including the ability to export this data directly into excel.
